Volunteer Information

  • Megan’s Law Background Check:  each volunteer must have a current Megan’s Law Background Check on file. Once the form is submitted to the office with your identification documents being verified by the office it will only be to the district office for processing only after receipt of the following 3 items. Processing may take 7 to 10 working days.
  • Volunteer Code of Conduct:  this form must be signed and returned to the office.
  • Volunteer Code of Confidentiality:  this form must be signed and returned to the office.
  • TB Test Clearance:  an updated TB clearance signed by a licensed health care provider in order to volunteer is required and is good for 4 years from date of the clearance.
