Effective the 2024-2025 school year, new applications to the ESS program are centrally managed by the District Office, Before/After School Department through a single application and interest list.
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment in ESS. It is anticipated that the demand for ESS services may exceed the program capacity at most schools. Applicants are accepted into the program based on a state implemented priority criteria system outlined on the ESS webpage, up to the capacity for each school's program.

ESS offers a variety of contracts for families to choose from. ESS is an all or nothing program, meaning we do not allow drop-ins for one time service, or a drop-in service outside of your contract. ESS will also charge fees based on attending 5 days a week, even if you only use the program as needed.

Going out of town? Child sick at home? Picking up early?

ESS hours for School Year will be 2:05pm (12:25 on Thursdays)- 6:00pm. Non-student days, Breaks, and Summer, ESS hours are 8AM-5PM. A late fee will be applied for late pick ups. Our staff have family commitments of their own and appreciate your cooperation. Only authorized signers with a picture ID will be allowed to take children from ESS.
A late pick-up fee will be charged after closing according to the Parent Handbook:
$1/min/child: 1-10 mins
$30/child: 11-30 mins
$60/child: 31-60 mins
