ESS Interest List Information:
If you are interested in ESS for the 2023-2024 School Year, our interest list is currently CLOSED due to being at capacity as we are fully enrolled with a high interest list. 

Please note that beginning this school year, Morning Creek ESS has experienced staff shortages that prevent us from serving all families that are interested.  We are continuing our hiring efforts to continue taking more students into our program.

New Student Enrollment for ESS Summer 2024 ONLY

We anticipate very limited capacity to enroll new students in the ESS Summer Program in 2024.

Space in the summer program is subject to the availability of staff, transportation, and priority enrollment for continuing students and unduplicated pupils.

To apply for the 2024 summer program, families must complete a separate interest application by completing this INTEREST FORM. The interest list for SUMMER will be open February 5th- March 1st.

 

If space is available, ESS will notify parents/guardians whether their child(ren) has been accepted to enroll in the summer program or placed on a waitlist by April 1, 2024.

Acceptance into ESS Summer 2024 does not guarantee enrollment in the program for the 2024-25 school year. Parents/guardians must complete the separate application process for new student enrollment in ESS for 2024-25 that will be available online beginning Monday, March 4, 2024, at 9:00 am PST (Pacific Standard Time).

Step 1: Complete the Interest List. - currently CLOSED for the 23/24 school year due to being at capacity as we are fully enrolled with a high interest list. 
*Please note completing the interest list does not guarantee enrollment in our program.*
Step 2: Once we confirm there is space for your child, you will be contacted by Rachel Frazier via email with next steps to complete enrollment. 
 
*A $150.00 registration fee (per family) and first month’s fees will be payable at this time.
We must receive the packet at least 2 business days before your child can attend.  
 
District Notice Regarding Enrollment:

For the 2023-2024 school year, there continues to be higher demand from the community for this type of enrichment program than PUSD has the capacity to enroll. As such, enrollment is now closed.  If space becomes available, you will be contacted by Rachel Frazier. 

 

In the meantime, we wish your family all the best as you seek alternative before/after school care and enrichment programs for your child(ren).  If you have not already done so, we recommend exploring the YMCA's Childcare Resource Service webpage to be referred to other childcare options that may be available in the community.

 
 
Contracts
 
ESS offers a variety of contracts for families to choose from. ESS is an all or nothing program, meaning we do not allow drop-ins for one time service, or a drop-in service outside of your contract. ESS will also charge fees based on attending 5 days a week, even if you only use the program as needed.

Pay your ESS bill online (https://www.myprocare.com)
Use the online portal for e-Checks, Visas, MasterCard or Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

 

Going to be Absent?
 
Going out of town? Child sick at home? Picking up early?

ESS Hours
 
ESS hours for School Year will be 2:05pm (12:25 on Thursdays)- 6:00pm. A late fee will be applied for late pick ups. Our staff have family commitments of their own and appreciate your cooperation. Only authorized signers with a picture ID will be allowed to take children from ESS.

A late pick-up fee will be charged after 6:00 pm according to the Parent Handbook:
$1/min/child: 1-10 mins
$30/child: 11-30 mins
$60/child: 31-60 mins
